Often described as reliable, rugged, and precise, the Contour-Flex™ family of valves uses a proven silicone membrane pressure control element to provide a consistent pressure/flow curve and reproducible closing pressure.

The Contour-Flex valve has proximal and distal occluders to facilitate two-way flushing, and a flexible profile to contour to the curvature of the cranium and be cosmetically unobtrusive.

Available in regular and small valve size, and in a kit with an included 90 cm barium-impregnated peritoneal open-ended catheter, and separate 15cm ventricular catheter with stylet and right angle adapter.

The Contour-Flex Valve is made of materials that are known not to interfere with CT scans or MRI imaging.
