As with the OSV II® and Integra NPH™, Integra’s other
Self-Adjusting valves, the OSV II Low Pro™ maintains
physiological ICP by automatically adjusting to your
patient’s needs.
OSV II® technology avoids a rapid decrease of ventricular
size and rapid flows through the shunt, minimizing the
risk of ventricular catheter obstructions.1
OSV II Low Pro™ delivers position-independent performace
without programming or frequent adjustments.
Three stage design enables superior management of
both postural and vasogenic overdrainage.
Contains non-ferromagnetic materials which are compatible
with diagnostic procedures, including MRI* and CT scans.

Stage I: 30–120 mm H20 Differential Pressure (DP) Valve.
Functions efficiently at low pressure
to minimize under-drainage
complications.
Stage II: 120–300 mm H20 Flow Regulating Valve.
Maintains a close balance between
CSF flow and production rate,
restricting flow between 18 and
30 ml/hr.
Stage III: Above 300 mm H20 Safety Valve.
Immediately restores normal
ICP during unexpected pressure
elevation. Rarely needed.
