| Mr. Essig has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Integra since December 1997. Before joining Integra, Mr. Essig supervised the medical technology practice at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as a managing director. Mr. Essig had ten years of broad health care experience at Goldman Sachs serving as a senior merger and acquisitions advisor to a broad range of domestic and international medical technology, pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Mr. Essig received an A.B. degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and an MBA and a Ph.D. degree in Financial Economics from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. Mr. Essig also serves on the Board of Directors of St. Jude Medical Corporation and Advamed, the Advanced Medical Technology Association. |

John B. Henneman III
Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer |

John B. Henneman, III is Integra’s Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for regulatory affairs, corporate quality systems, clinical affairs, clinical education, business development, human resources, the law department, investor relations and the Integra Medical Instrument Group. In addition, he is responsible for the Company’s finance department, including corporate controllership, financial reporting, budgeting, internal audit, tax, and treasury functions of the Company. Mr. Henneman has been our Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer since February 2003 and was Acting Chief Financial Officer from September 6, 2007 until May 13, 2008. Mr. Henneman was our General Counsel from September 1998 until September 2000 and our Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary from September 2000 until February 2003. Prior to joining Integra in August 1998, Mr. Henneman served Neuromedical Systems, Inc., a public company developer and manufacturer of in vitro diagnostic equipment, in various capacities for more than four years. Mr. Henneman received an A.B. degree from Princeton University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. |

| Simon J. Archibald, Ph.D., is the Chief Scientific Officer for Integra LifeSciences Corporation. Dr Archibald joined Integra in 1997 as Senior Director of Neurological Programs to oversee the clinical and commercial development of the NeuraGen™ Nerve Guide and to explore the development of a neurosurgical product line from the existing Integra collagen business and patent portfolio. In 1997, Dr. Archibald initiated and ran the program that produced the DuraGen® Dural Graft Matrix, for which he is a co-inventor. In 1999, he was promoted to Vice President of Research and Development for Integra NeuroSciences and in 2001 he was promoted to Vice President of Clinical Affairs. Previously Dr. Archibald was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at Duke University Medical Center, to which he was appointed after completing Research Fellowships in Neuropathology and Neuroscience at Harvard Medical School. He graduated with a degree in Zoology from the University of Reading, UK, and has a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Staffordshire, UK. |

| Mr. Bostjancic joined Integra in July 1999 as Director of Financial Reporting and was promoted to Vice President in January 2005. Mr. Bostjancic served as Integra’s Corporate Controller from December 2003 through June 2006. In July 2006, Mr. Bostjancic was named Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations. In May 2008, Mr. Bostjancic was named Senior Vice President, Finance. His primary responsibilities include overseeing business processes, Oracle implementations, SOX remediation, M&A due diligence and integration, budgeting, and financial analysis at Integra. Mr. Bostjancic graduated from the College of New Jersey in 1993 with a BS in Accountancy and worked for five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their audit practice and for one year at Merck & Co., Inc. in the Accounting Standards Group. |

| Mr. Breeden joined Miltex in 2002 as VP of Operations, was promoted in 2003 to Executive VP of Operations, and then became the VP of Operations for the Integra Medical Instrument Group in 2007. In 2008, Kevin assumed the position of President for Miltex. His current responsibilities include leading the Miltex business to sustained growth and profitability. Mr. Breeden has over 20 years of experience in the medical and dental industry and has held numerous executive positions in the fields of Sales, Marketing and Operations. During his tenure at Miltex he has been an integral member of the management team that has developed the mission of “Redefining Excellence”. Mr. Breeden received his MBA from York College and his BS degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. |

Wilma J. Davis

| Ms. Davis joined Integra as Vice President, Human Resources in 2000. In March 2008, Ms. Davis was named Acting Chief Information Officer with responsibility for worldwide information technology. Previously, Ms. Davis held various positions in the insurance industry, including Chief Diversity Officer at Chubb Insurance, Vice President of Quality and Human Resources at General Reinsurance Corporation, and Director of Operations at Allstate Insurance Company. Ms. Davis received a B.S. in Business Administration from Lambuth University and an M.S. degree in Human Resource Development from American University. |

| Eric Fourcault is Integra's Divisional Vice President for EMEA (Europe, Middle-East & Africa). Mr Fourcault joined Integra in January 2005 with the acquisition of Newdeal. Prior to joining Integra, Mr. Fourcault had spent 13 years in the medical industry. In 1997, he founded the Newdeal group of companies, where he served as President & Chief Executive Officer. Newdeal developed, marketed and sold implants for the foot and ankle. Prior to 1997, Mr. Fourcault was the Export Manager of Medinov-AMP, a division of Landanger-Camus Corp. Mr. Fourcault graduated from Ecole Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur and specialized in International Business Management. |

| Mr. Gorelick joined Integra as Vice President and General Counsel in 2000 and became Corporate Secretary in 2006. In March 2008 he was given additional responsibility for worldwide human resources. Prior to that, he spent four and a half years at Aventis Behring LLC, a global leader in biologics (plasma proteins) as Associate General Counsel, where his practice focused on technology licensing, strategic alliances, acquisitions and managing commercial litigation. Prior to that, Mr. Gorelick was an associate in the Business and Finance Section of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, in Philadelphia, where his practice concentrated on, among other things, transactions, corporate reorganizations and creditors' rights and secured transactions. Mr. Gorelick is a graduate of Princeton University and Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley. |

| Mr. Larkin joined Integra in January of 2000 as a Regional Sales Manager, has served as the National Sales Manager since 2003, was promoted to Vice President, North American Sales in 2005 and to President of the Integra NeuroSciences Division in 2007. His current responsibilities include executive oversight and divisional leadership of Integra’s OrthoBiologics and NeuroSciences businesses. Mr. Larkin has 18 years of sales, sales management and executive management experience in the neuro medical device industry. Prior to joining Integra, he was the National Sales Manager for Connell Neurosurgical. He received a B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Richmond. |

| Ms. Leonetti joined Integra in 1997 as Director of Marketing, was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in April 1999 , Senior Vice President of Global Marketing in May 2004 and Chief Marketing Officer in September 2007. Her responsibilities include marketing communications, corporate branding, sales operations, and customer service. In addition, Ms Leonetti is responsible for the sales activity of a direct sales team in Canada, Distributors in Asia and Latin America and Integra's Private Label business partners. From 1989 through 1997, Ms. Leonetti worked for Cabot Medical, which was later acquired by Circon Corporation, and held positions in sales, sales training, and marketing. Prior to her experience at Cabot-Circon, Ms. Leonetti completed fifteen years of clinical practice as a registered nurse at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. She received her Nursing degree from St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing and La Salle University. |

| Ms. O'Grady has served Integra and its predecessor companies since 1985. Ms. O'Grady has worked in the areas of medical devices and collagen technology for over 20 years. Prior to joining Integra, Ms. O'Grady worked for Colla-Tec, Inc., a Marion Merrell Dow Company. During her career she has held positions with Surgikos, a Johnson & Johnson company, and was on the faculty of Boston University College of Nursing and Medical School. Ms. O'Grady led the team that obtained the FDA approval for INTEGRA¨ Dermal Regeneration Template, the first regenerative product approved by the FDA, and has led teams responsible for more than 500 FDA and international submissions. She received her B.S. degree from Marquette University and M.S.N. in Nursing from Boston University. |

| Mr. Oti is Integra’s Senior Vice President of Global Operations. He is responsible for the company’s worldwide manufacturing, planning, distribution, repairs and service operations. He joined Integra in January 2008, and has extensive experience in the medical device industry. Prior to joining Integra, he spent 14 years with Johnson & Johnson where he held executive management and strategic leadership positions in worldwide operations, engineering and advanced manufacturing at the DePuy franchise. He received undergraduate and graduate degrees in Engineering from Western Michigan University and Case Western Reserve University respectively. |

| Mr. Paltridge joined Integra as National Sales Director in 1995, has served as Vice President, North American Sales since 1997, was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Sales in 2003 and promoted to President, Extremity Reconstruction in 2006. His responsibilities include leading the Extremity Reconstruction business to increased growth and profitability. Mr. Paltridge has 24 years of sales and sales management experience in the medical device industry. Before joining Integra, he was National Sales Manager at Strato Medical, a division of Pfizer, Inc. He received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University. |

| Ms. Platsis joined Integra in September 2003 as Director of Corporate Development, and was promoted to Vice President in May 2006. Her responsibilities include the identification and execution of acquisitions and strategic alliances. Prior to joining Integra, Ms. Platsis worked in the investment banking group at Merrill Lynch and practiced law in the Corporate Departments of Latham & Watkins and GoodSmith, Gregg & Unruh. Ms. Platsis received a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago. |
