Richard E. Caruso, Ph.D. has served as Integra's Chairman since March 1992. Prior to December 1997, Dr. Caruso served as Integra's Chief Executive Officer since March 1992 and as President since September 1995. From 1969 to 1992, Dr. Caruso was a principal of LFC Financial Corporation, a project finance company, where he was also a director and Executive Vice President. Dr. Caruso is on the Board of Susquehanna University, The Baum School of Art and The Uncommon Individual Foundation (Founder). He received a B.S. degree from Susquehanna University, an M.S.B.A. degree from Bucknell University and a Ph.D. degree from the London School of Economics, University of London.
